This is regarding the family practice office, not the hospital in general...
NEVER have I felt so INSULTED by a physician's office! First, I had to put in an "application" to see IF the doctors would be WILLING to accept me as a new patient. This meant I had to request my records be sent to them BEFORE anyone would see me. Over a month later, I get a message that I could make an appointment to see someone. I had already gone back to my previous doc over 50 miles away at that time so I didn't need to see anyone just yet. I called them today (almost 2 months after filling out their ridiculous application) and I am told that they are "not comfortable" seeing me for my health issues. Not only that, but I know someone who was misdiagnosed as having COLITIS when they had a freaking BRAIN TUMOR.
DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

My 76 yr old grandma was taken by ambulance on 11-19-17 for possible stroke. The hospital nurses (no drs are staffed) didn’t do the right test and sent her home within an hour saying she just had arthritis. They sent her home unable to move both legs and Right arm. So we took her by private car to a omaha hospital Right afterwords and they did the exam and test and it showed she had a mild stroke and was hospitalized .
