This review will start with the negatives and end with a positive. Dovel needs to make sure that they honor the commitments they make to their customers. If you say you’re going to be somewhere at a certain time, be there. If you’re not, give your customer courtesy call and tell them you’re sorry for the inconvenience. It doesn’t cost anything to say sorry and can make a difference when you’re not able to meet the needs of your customer. I think some attention to professionalism and customer service should be given and some formal training would do this company a world of good. On the plus side, the installation technicians I worked with were very young, and very eager and good-natured. They need someone at the top of this company to demonstrate how to effectively speak to customers and to honor commitments made. Also, they need to make sure that they have levels of support that they can call on if they are having difficulty. The two technicians that installed my furnace were hard-working, dedicated, and did the very best they possibly could and in the end I am very happy that I chose them to do the job. Some advice I would give is to remember that when you are in a customers home you are there for business purposes only and should only discuss your personal life if the customer initiates. It puts off a vibe of unprofessionalism. At the end of the day, they did the job and got us out of a bad situation. I want to thank all parties involved and encourage the office staff to work on their communication skills and customer service as well. They are the front line of this company that deals with customers and do not put off a very friendly or professional tone. I would recommend this company and would call and then again if needed. Thanks again to the technicians involved ..

We have purchased 4 appliances in the past 2 years. The crew that does their installations definitely needs training on how to properly do so. When there are any issues being small or large like massive water leaks-from their installation, their support team is NON existent. It is hard to want to spend locally with this style of service . Out of a fairly large staff for a small business only 2 employees are helpful, nice and knowledgeable. As for the products they sell...well made. Prices vary when compared to the Omaha area.

I have been trying to get service at my house for weeks. No show. Then someone orders the wrong unit. Then they were supposed to be here first thing this morning. It's nearly 1 pm. No one. And no call.
