I was there a week ago and put 5 dollars to get change well i have been calling and calling no answer no answering machine. My wife went there today and 75 cents later she as a vacum that dont work. Again no answer no answering machine. Sorry but wth
I went to Red Oak Super Suds yesterday and tried to wash my car. However, the machine wasn't working properly. I called the owner, and I was beyond rude and demanding, I'm normally not a rude person, but I was having such a terrible day this was the icing on the cake! However, Not only did the owner call me back and was very polite and understanding, he refunded me my full money back and gave me a voucher for a deluxe Wash. He explained how they had replaced one of the parts a few days ago, but it malfunctions again and will be replaced. The truth is, issues such as this happen all the time and that there was no reason for me to be rude like I was. He was such a respectful Gentlemen. I have gone to this car wash before and it's the only one I would go to in this town. It always leaves my car looking clean and shiny, So I definitely recommend Super Suds Car wash to everybody! : )
