Quoted (verbally) me a price for work to be done. Told to use less expensive part than one quoted. Was told quote included adjusting toe in on alignment. When invoice was received, was higher than quoted. Called and was told that adjusting toe in took extra half hour and quote had not included tax. Make sure you get everything in writing.
Entered at noon, one person on premises, saw two customers walking around waiting to be helped besides myself, one left after half hour. We were finally helped 30-40 minutes after arriving. They definitely lost two or more customers today...
Didn't fix car, didn't even do some of the work they said they did. We checked after getting car back and parts weren't replaced like mechanic said.
The no haggle price was good and trade in value given was right where it should have been. Usually buying a new vehicle is such a blood pressure raising experience between several "let me ask the manager" sales people to waiting for hours trying to sign a few forms and write a check, not at all the case here. Good job Mike!
I’ve had the worst experience here. I can’t seem to the get paper work I need I’ve had to call several times and I still don’t get what I need. I don’t think I will recommend anyone to come here
